AWS Truewind will be presenting on multiple topics at the upcoming Canadian Wind Energy Association Annual Conference and Trade Show. The event, which will take place in Toronto, September 20-23, is Canada’s premier wind energy conference.

On Monday, September 21 AWS Truewind’s Forecasting Business Manager, Ken Pennock, will present Solving Tomorrow’s Forecasting Problems for Today’s Grid Operator. The presentation will detail wind power forecasting techniques and ongoing research intended to satisfy the needs of the many organizations that are affected by the variability of wind. On Tuesday, September 22, AWS Truewind’s Vice President of Consulting Services, Eric White, will present the highly anticipated follow-up to last year’s presentation on plant underperformance. The talk, titled Resolving Wind Plant Underperformance, is part of the Project Financing and Economics track 12:30-3:00pm.
